data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Untuk melakukan Klaim produk Asuransi Mobil TOB, Tertanggung atau Ahli Waris harus melakukan Klaim paling lambat 5 hari kalender dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kewajiban Tertanggung dalam hal terjadi kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Tertanggung, setelah mengetahui atau seharusnya mengetahui adanya kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan atas Kendaraan Bermotor dan\/atau kepentingan yang dipertanggungkan, wajib :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1 memberitahu Penanggung secara tertulis atau secara lisan yang diikuti dengan tertulis kepada Penanggung selambat-lambatnya 5 (lima) hari kalender sejak terjadinya kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2 melaporkan kepada dan mendapat surat keterangan dari serendah-rendahnya Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) di tempat kejadian, jika terjadi kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan sebagian yang disebabkan oleh pencurian atau melibatkan pihak ketiga, yang dapat dijadikan dasar untuk menuntut ganti rugi kepada atau dari pihak ketiga;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3 melaporkan kepada dan mendapat surat keterangan dari Kepolisian Daerah (Polda) di tempat kejadian dalam hal kerugian total akibat pencurian.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Jika Tertanggung dituntut oleh pihak ketiga sehubungan dengan kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh Kendaraan Bermotor, maka Tertanggung wajib:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1 memberitahu Penanggung tentang adanya tuntutan tersebut selambat-lambatnya 5 (lima) hari kalender sejak tuntutan tersebut diterima;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2 menyerahkan dokumen tuntutan pihak ketiga dan menyerahkan surat laporan Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) di tempat kejadian;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3 memberikan surat kuasa kepada Penanggung untuk mengurus tuntutan ganti rugi dari pihak ketiga, jika Penanggung menghendaki;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4 tidak memberikan janji, keterangan atau melakukan tindakan yang menimbulkan kesan bahwa Tertanggung mengakui suatu tanggung jawab.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Pada waktu terjadi kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan, Tertanggung wajib :&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1 melakukan segala usaha yang patut guna menjaga, memelihara, menyelamatkan Kendaraan Bermotor dan\/atau kepentingan yang dipertanggungkan serta mengizinkan pihak lain untuk menyelamatkan Kendaraan Bermotor dan\/atau kepentingan tersebut;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2 memberikan bantuan dan kesempatan sepenuhnya kepada Penanggung atau Kuasa Penanggung atau pihak lain yang ditunjuk oleh Penanggung untuk melakukan penelitian atas kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan yang terjadi atas Kendaraan Bermotor sebelum dilakukan perbaikan atau penggantian;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3 mengamankan Kendaraan Bermotor dan\/atau kepentingan yang dipertanggungkan yang dapat diselamatkan. Segala hak atas ganti-rugi menjadi hilang jika Tertanggung tidak memenuhi ketentuan dalam Pasal ini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Penyelesaian dan Penetapan Ganti Rugi :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Dalam hal terjadi kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan atas Kendaraan Bermotor dan\/atau kepentingan yang dipertanggungkan, Penanggung berhak menentukan pilihannya atas cara melakukan ganti rugi sebagai berikut:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1 perbaikan di bengkel yang ditunjuk atau disetujui oleh Penanggung;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2 pembayaran tunai dengan cek, bilyet giro, transfer atau dengan cara lain;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3 penggantian suku cadang atau Kendaraan Bermotor sesuai dengan merk, tipe, model dan tahun yang sama sebagaimana tercantum pada Polis.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Tanggung jawab Penanggung atas kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan terhadap Kendaraan Bermotor dan\/atau kepentingan yang dipertanggungkan adalah sebesar harga sebenarnya setinggi-tingginya sebesar Harga Pertanggungan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Perhitungan besarnya kerugian setinggi-tingginya adalah sebesar selisih antara harga sebenarnya sesaat sebelum dengan harga sebenarnya sesaat setelah terjadinya kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Dalam hal terjadi kerugian, Tertanggung wajib melunasi premi yang masih terhutang untuk masa pertanggungan yang masih berjalan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dokumen Pendukung Klaim<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Jika terjadi peristiwa yang mungkin akan menimbulkan tuntutan ganti rugi, Tertanggung wajib menyampaikan dokumen-dokumen pendukung klaim sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dalam hal Kerugian Total&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1 Laporan kerugian termasuk kronologis kejadian.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2 Dokumen asli :&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2.1 Polis, Sertifikat, Lampiran \/ Endorsemen&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2.2 Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan, Buku Pemilik Kendaraan Bermotor, Faktur pembelian, blanko kwitansi dan surat penyerahan hak milik yang sudah ditanda- tangani Tertanggung.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2.3 Dokumen yang diperlukan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku untuk Kendaraan Bermotor diplomatik atau badan internasional.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2.4 Buku Kir untuk jenis kendaraan yang wajib Kir.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2.5 Surat Keterangan Kepolisian Daerah, dalam hal kehilangan keseluruhan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2.6 Bukti pemblokiran Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan, dalam hal kehilangan keseluruhan.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3 Fotokopi Surat Izin Mengemudi milik Pengemudi pada saat kejadian, Kartu Tanda Penduduk Tertanggung.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4 Dokumen lain yang relevan yang diminta Penanggung sehubungan dengan penyelesaian klaim.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Berlaku untuk ayat 1 di atas :&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1 Foto kerusakan, estimasi biaya perbaikan, jika diminta oleh Penanggung.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2 Surat Laporan Kepolisian setempat, jika kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan melibatkan pihak ketiga atau dalam hal kehilangan sebagian akibat pencurian.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3 Surat tuntutan dari pihak ketiga jika kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan melibatkan pihak ketiga.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4 Dokumen lain yang relevan yang diminta Penanggung sehubungan dengan penyelesaian klaim.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SURVEY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pihak Asuransi akan melakukan Survey untuk mengetahui keadaan\/kondisi kendaraan Pihak Tertanggung. Setelah Klaim yang diajukan oleh Pihak Tertanggung yang bersangkutan dinyatakan terjamin oleh Polis maka Pihak Asuransi akan mengeluarkan Surat Permintaan Estimasi (Taksasi Order) kepada Pihak Bengkel Rekanan&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PENGGUNAAN BENGKEL<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Perbaikan Objek Pertanggungan untuk Klaim Partial Loss akan dilakukan di bengkel rekanan Asuransi Total Bersama&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2. Apabila di suatu daerah tempat tinggal Tertanggung tidak terdapat Bengkel Rekanan Penanggung, maka Tertanggung dapat menggunakan bengkel lain, dengan terlebih dahulu mendapatkan persetujuan secara tertulis dari Penanggung dan dimana Penanggung harus melakukan survey terlebih dahulu atas kendaraan tersebut dan melakukan estimasi besarnya kerusakan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CARA KLAIM Asuransi Mobil TOB Untuk melakukan Klaim produk Asuransi Mobil TOB, Tertanggung atau Ahli Waris harus melakukan Klaim paling lambat 5 hari kalender dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut.&nbsp; Kewajiban Tertanggung dalam hal terjadi kerugian dan\/atau kerusakan&nbsp; 1.
