berkewajiban membayar Uang Pertanggungan apabila risiko diakibatkan oleh sebab-sebab berikut.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zurich Syariah tidak bertanggung jawab apabila terdapat kesalahan\/kekeliruan data yang Anda isi sehingga menyebabkan kesalahan\/kekeliruan pada isi Polis yang dapat menyebabkan klaim ditolak.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Risiko klaim tidak dibayarkan oleh Zurich Syariah apabila disebabkan oleh hal-hal yang dikecualikan.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Risiko Zurich Syariah menolak klaim apabila permohonan klaim yang diajukan telah melewati batas waktu yang telah ditentukan atau kerugian terjadi pada masa tunggu Polis.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Risiko hilangnya kekuatan hukum yang mengikat Zurich Syariah dan Anda yang diatur dalam Polis akibat adanya manipulasi dokumen-dokumen hukum yang dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak terkait, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, sehingga mengakibatkan termasuk namun tidak terbatas ditolaknya klaim, tidak dibayarkan manfaat oleh Zurich Syariah ke Anda, dan sebagainya.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Risiko-risiko lainnya yang tidak bisa dikontrol oleh Zurich Syariah dikarenakan kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh Anda yang berdampak pada tidak dibayarkan manfaat maupun pengakhiran perlindungan
